Communications

The work of the PTA is promoted through its publications.  Teachers, parents and the community find out about what we are doing and what impact we make on the students of Mimosa through our notes, announcements and other advertising we do.  The Communications Committee would be responsible for promoting our PTA through uniform publications including newsletters, emails and announcements sent home with the children in their Monday folders. 

Tasks that this committee will perform include: typing, translating, copying and prepping for distribution any PTA communications.  This committee will work with all the other PTA committees as well as the school administration to coordinate all communications related to news, notices and events related to the PTA.  Participation for volunteers could range from committee chair which will organize the activities for the rest of the committee to a one time volunteer session making copies for a single announcement.

The Committee consists of the following people:
